Frequently asked questions

How long does the free trial last?
The free trial last for 15 days. During this time you will be able to test out all of SmartrMails features without having to commit to a paid plan.
How do you calculate subscriber numbers?
Pricing is based on how many ‘opted-in’ subscribers you have. This is the total of your previous customers, plus any other email lists you add. Anyone who unsubscribers is automatically not counted.

Type in your email list size into the calculator at the top of the page to calculate your exact subscription cost.
Will I be automatically charged after the free trial?
No. You will not be charged unless you decide to upgrade to a paid plan. You also do not need to add a credit card to begin your free trial.
Do you charge multiple times if the same subscriber is in multiple lists?
No. Each individual email address is only ever charged once. This means you can have the same subscriber in as many lists as you like without increasing your monthly cost.
How many emails can I send?
There is no limit to the number of emails you can send on the Advanced Plan. On the Basic Plan, the monthly number of emails you can send is calculated by your number of subscribers times 12.

*On the Free Plan your monthly email send limit is calculated by your number of subscribers times 5 with a maximum limit of 5,000.
